Our sessions

Our sessions and workshops are designed to raise awareness of one's authentic self, understand their thoughts and emotions, and how they intertwine. We make thoughts and emotions conscious for a vibrant and fulfilling life.

 

Our classes are a mixture of Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, Psychological Theory, and Empowerment. We provide a playful and invigorating environment where individuals can experiment, explore, and let their true selves shine. 

1-on-1 session

At The Mind Gym, we offer personalized

one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Whether you're seeking trauma healing, self-discovery, or personal growth, our approach combines various therapeutic interventions with a holistic perspective to support your journey. We integrate techniques such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, Imagery Rescripting, and traditional therapy, ensuring that each session aligns with your goals.

Every session is crafted to meet you where you are, guiding you toward deeper insights, resolution of past challenges, and the development of a healthier, more resilient future.

Corporate sessions

Today we are likely to get caught up in work, we live in a rush without a pause and forget to tune in with ourselves. To ensure a healthy work-life balance we also offer workshops for corporates. In these workshops we acknowledge the essence of having and maintaining a clear mindset while working your full potential.​We customize the workshops based upon your corporates preference. ​
